  1. Find your product. Use the search bar at the top or browse the catalogue by category. Each product page lists exactly what you receive, the region or platform it works on, and any activation requirements.
  2. Check the details. Read the description and the buyer reviews. If a key is region-locked or needs a specific account type, it is stated on the product page.
  3. Click "Buy now". You will be taken to the secure checkout page.
  4. Enter your email and pay. Your order is delivered to the email address you type at checkout, so please check it twice. Choose any of the available payment methods and confirm the payment.
  5. Receive your order instantly. As soon as the payment is confirmed, the key, code or account details appear on the screen and are also sent to your email.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, MIR, SberPay, YooMoney, QIWI, WebMoney, Bitcoin, Toncoin and several local payment options. The full list of methods available for your order is shown at checkout. All payments are processed by our payment partners over an encrypted connection — we never see or store your card details.

Delivery

Digital goods are delivered automatically and instantly, 24 hours a day. In rare cases a payment needs an extra confirmation from the bank, which can delay delivery by a few minutes. If your order has not arrived within 30 minutes, contact support with your order number and we will resolve it.

After the purchase

  • Keep the confirmation email — it contains your order number and a copy of the goods.
  • Activate the key on the correct platform (Steam, Origin, Microsoft Store, etc.) as described on the product page.
  • If the product does not work, do not attempt to resell or share it — open a support request first.

Tips for a smooth purchase

  • Check the region of the key before paying. Keys activated outside their region may be blocked by the platform.
  • Use an email address you actually have access to, and check the spam folder if nothing arrives.
