Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Premium Sell and every purchase made through it. Please read them before ordering — placing an order means you accept them.
1. Who may buy
You may use this site if you are legally able to enter into a binding contract in your country and you are using your own, legitimately obtained means of payment.
2. What we sell
We sell digital goods: game and software keys, subscriptions, gift cards, top-ups and similar codes. You are buying the code or licence described on the product page, not the underlying software itself, and its use is additionally governed by the terms of the platform that redeems it (Steam, Microsoft, Sony, etc.).
3. Product information
Each product page states the edition, platform, region and activation requirements. It is your responsibility to check that the product matches your platform and region before paying. We correct pricing or description errors as soon as we find them; if an error affects an order you have already paid for, we contact you and offer a replacement or a full refund.
4. Orders and payment
- An order is complete when the payment is confirmed by the payment provider.
- Prices are shown in USD and converted to other currencies at the current rate; your bank may apply its own conversion.
- We may cancel and refund an order if it is flagged as fraudulent, if the price was clearly wrong, or if the product is unavailable.
5. Delivery
Digital goods are delivered automatically to the email address entered at checkout, normally within seconds. You are responsible for entering a correct address. If your order does not arrive, contact support with the order number.
6. Refunds
Refunds and replacements are handled as described on the Refunds page, which forms part of these terms. In short: activated keys cannot be refunded; keys that are invalid or do not match their description are replaced or refunded within 24 hours.
7. What you may not do
- Buy with stolen or unauthorised payment methods.
- Resell, publish or mass-distribute keys bought here in breach of the platform's rules.
- File a chargeback for a product that was delivered and worked.
- Attempt to break into, overload, scrape or disrupt the website, or use it to distribute malware.
- Impersonate our staff or use our branding without permission.
Breaking these rules can lead to cancellation of your orders without refund and to a block on future purchases.
8. Intellectual property
The site design, texts, logos and catalogue structure belong to Premium Sell. Product names, artwork and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
9. Availability and liability
We work to keep the site available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms against your account, including bans caused by your own use of a key.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the version published on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to it. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new version.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place where the service operator is established. Please contact us first — almost every dispute is resolved faster and better through support than through a formal claim.
